Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using otaiagents.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

OTAI Agents provides AI phone agent installation and configuration services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in individual service agreements.

3. Payment Terms

OTAI Agents requires 50% of the project fee upfront prior to commencement and 50% upon completion. Ongoing retainer services are billed monthly in advance.

4. Intellectual Property

All systems and configurations built by OTAI Agents remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point the client receives a license to use the delivered systems.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely access to phone systems, scheduling software, and business information. Timelines are contingent on receipt of necessary inputs.

6. Limitation of Liability

OTAI Agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed total fees paid for the engagement.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the engagement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days written notice. The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to termination.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.
